Return and Refund Policy

BISSELL Pet Hair Eraser's return policy is simple and convenient:

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a replacement or full refund within 60 days of the delivery date
  • You can arrange for at-home pick-up of your return
  • Return shipping is free of charge

Return Instructions:

  1. Pack all items (including all accessories and manuals) securely and include the packaging list that was sent with the order
  2. For safety reasons, do NOT return any cleaning formulas; they will still be refunded
  3. Attach the return address label on the outside of the package being returned
  4. Take the package to an authorized FedEx ship center 
  5. Or, if you would like to schedule a pick-up, call the FedEx Return Program at 1-800-Go-FedEx, or 1-800-463-3339

Refund Information:

  • When your return reaches the warehouse, it is inspected to ensure all accessories, manuals, and other components are included (except for formulas, which should not be sent for safety reasons)
  • Once all the parts have been confirmed as received, your refund will be processed. This can take up to 4 weeks, and the refund will be issued in the payment format based on the original purchase
  • If you are outside of the 60-day window for returns, please refer to the warranty policy in your user's guide
